The Truth About William Ayers

Andrew C. McCarthy is a Former U.S. Justice Department attorney. In that capacity, he successfully prosecuted the "Blind Sheikh," Omar Abdul-Rahman, who was the mastermind behind the first World Trade Center bombing in 1993. Because of Andrew McCarthy's diligence and skill, Abdul-Rahman is now safely ensconced in Federal prison for the rest of his natural life.

In other words, when it comes to terrorists, Andy McCarthy knows whereof he speaks.

The Obama campaign, aided and abetted by their good buddies in the media, have been assiduously trying to whitewash the past record of Barack Hussein Obama's friends and colleagues William Ayers and his wife Bernadine Dohrn. Considering the nature of that record, it's not surprising that they'd try to hide it, and at the same time to downplay the close ties between the Obamessiah and Ayers.

Andy McCarthy thinks it's vitally important to get the truth out there before November 4th, and I wholeheartedly agree. Read this post from August 27th on NRO's The Corner. He links to it again today from this fresh post, and finishes by commenting:

Obama's got a lot of explaining to do for keeping this kind of company (among some of his other notorious, America-hating company). Maybe some day the McCain campaign will press for that explanation — hopefully before Inauguration Day.
